I highly recommend The Salty Mermaid, ! We had Jalapeño Cheddar toasted with butter and garlic rosemary we dipped in olive oil. They were both amazingly delicious! Besides baking sourdough, she also gave us a sample of her heaven cookies…very tasty We are looking forward to trying her cinnamon rolls and croissants as well. She is a multi talented woman. The Mermaid’s Bacon & Cheddar bread was absolutely delicious! She also gave me a “mini-loaf” of the Garlic Rosemary Parm to try-suggested I slice it, toast it and smeared some Garlic Butter on it or Pesto - Unbelievably good! Customer for life-
